Child sponsorships and funding for specific projects
HLWM is involved in a variety of projects: children’s homes, school for children and adults, medical care, drinking water supply, church conventions, planting and financing of churches. We need your help, however, so that there can be a bigger budget available for all of our activities.
HLWM constantly communicates its activities to institutional and private donors. Several of the board members of HLWM travel each year to India and have regular communication with Joseph and Geetha Komanapalli. Budgets in India need to be approved by the members of the board of HLWM and financial accounts are verified by certified public accountants in India as well as in the Netherlands. Consequently, HLWM received the hallmark ANBI from the Dutch Tax Government.

Donations are tax-deductible. Each year, HLWM e.V. and the Dutch foundation issue tax declarations. For amounts up to EUR 200, payments receipts will be accepted by tax authorities in Germany.
We ensure that almost 100% of donations reach its destination in India, since all travelling costs and other costs involved in running HLWM e.V. and HLWM in the Netherlands are borne by the directors and friends. All people involved in Germany and in the Netherlands work in an honorary capacity.
Our sponsors in the past were institutional Funds, companies, friends, relatives and even the Dutch government. Everyone who wants to do good to the poor and needy is welcome to become a sponsor in the future.
