In today’s western society, many of us are struggling in organising and storing away things that we don’t need. Instead of receiving even more things as presents, birthdays are an ideal event to ask guests to donate money for a good purpose – such as supporting HLWM in financing its many activities. These birthday givings can be allocated towards specific projects or sponsored into our general fund.
Gift certificates as a substitute to Christmas, birthday or other presents
Instead of spending an enormous amount of time in searching for a suitable and affordable present why not give a gift certificate to your friends or relatives?
Inheritances
So far, HLWM has only graciously included in one inheritance which has very much helped to fill some financial gaps. With a testament considering HLWM, you could help to significantly contribute giving hope to adults and children who have otherwise a small chance to escape poverty, education or undernourishment. Funds can also be foreseen for specific purposes if so desired. For further questions with this regard, please contact one of the directors of HLWM in Germany or the Netherlands.
Institutions
Charitable Funds and Churches
Charitable funds have been an important financial source to finance the many building projects in the past. We are happy to provide the necessary documentation and to present the activities of HLWM personally to ensure that you have all the information needed prior to making a decision. Among others, we have received funding by funds such as the Tearfund, churches such as the International Christian Fellowship of the Taunus, Kingdom Life, HijLeeft Zending, Ichthys-Gemeinde, Gemeende Ijsselstein, St. George Anglican Church. Even the Dutch government has partly funded projects in the past knowing that these means would be well-used.
Donations instead of Christmas presents to customers
Corporate Social Responsibility is becoming an increasingly important topic in corporate life. Instead of maximising shareholder value only, companies are seeking to become a responsible employer and business partner. Instead of Christmas presents, these budgets can be used to really make a difference in this world.
